I was born in 1973 in Frankfurt, KY. The first words I heard when I was born were, "It's a Sarah!"

Family:
My husband and I were married in 1994 and we have three kids Simon, Ellen and Charlotte. They are amazing, clever, funny and fun, and we have a great time with them all. My husband is a sculptor/computer animator/lawyer—how’s that for versatile?

Likes:
I love music, reading, writing, doing arts and crafts of all kinds, being outdoors—especially in the mountains, going to the mall with my daughters, watching Sci Fi B movies with my son, Thai food, kayaking, thunderstorms, snow, talking about interesting things with interesting people, having lots of quiet time to think, and taking really long walks.

Dislikes:
I hate stomachaches, eating lima beans and liver. I am very bad at spelling, handwriting and math. I am afraid of the dentist (even though my mom is one and she is very nice), and I don't like folding laundry.

Random:
* I get the giggles—I mean I REALLY get the giggles—the kind were I am red-faced, clutching my stomach, tears running down my cheeks, can’t stop for an hour giggles. It usually happens in church, school or other places where I am supposed to be sitting quietly and behaving.

* I used to be a professional musician. I wrote music, sang and played guitar in coffee shops, bars and local clubs.
